Instead, Adams has become part of the growing group encouraging a possible return for franchise legend Aaron Donald.
Donald has generated headlines over the past several weeks amid increasing speculation that he could consider coming out of retirement following the Rams’ blockbuster move to acquire Myles Garrett.
While Donald has embraced life after football and co-hosts the Inner Circle podcast, recent comments and public hints have suggested the idea of returning has become more realistic than it once appeared.
The former Defensive Player of the Year has acknowledged that the Garrett addition caught his attention and reopened thoughts about what another run might look like.
Rams head coach Sean McVay and general manager Les Snead have also publicly avoided closing the door on a return.
Adams, meanwhile, added his own recruiting pitch.

Donald continued playing through the 2023 season before stepping away from football.

For Donald, the question has never appeared to center around physical readiness. Even after turning 35 in May, maintaining conditioning has not been the concern.
