KCA Lions will face KCA Eagles in the final of the KCA Presidents Cup T20 at the Sanatana Dharma College Ground, Alappuzha on Thursday. The Lions won seven out of their 10 matches in the league stage whereas they lost the remaining three to finish at the numero uno position in the points table.
On the other hand, KCA Eagles won six out of the 10 matches they played. They lost four games and finished in second place with 24 points in the standings. The Eagles defeated the KCA Panthers by a huge margin of 95 runs on Wednesday to qualify for the final of the tournament.
Meanwhile, KCA Lions’ batter Mohammad Azharuddeen is the highest run-getter of his team with 269 runs in seven innings. KCA Eagles captain Sachin Baby is the leading run-getter of the tournament with 273 runs in nine innings.
S Midhun has taken 14 wickets for KCA Lions and he is going to hold the key with the ball for his team.
When these two teams met earlier in the season, KCA Lions won both matches. The Lions won the first game by 11 runs and then won the second game comprehensively by 10 wickets.
Match Prediction: KCA Lions will enter the contest as favorites against KCA Eagles because of their better record against the opposition.
