Chennai Super Kings will take on Punjab Kings at the MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai, on Friday in IPL 2026. While PBKS got off to a winning start in the season, CSK suffered a crushing loss against Rajasthan Royals in their opener.

Meanwhile, PBKS registered a four-wicket win against CSK at Chepauk in IPL 2025 after Shreyas Iyer struck a fine 72.

CSK could make a few changes to their playing combination after suffering a big loss against RR. The five-time champions will want to correct their mistakes and get the crucial two points on the board.
