On the other hand, Mumbai Indians registered their maiden win of the season after beating Kolkata Knight Riders comprehensively by eight wickets. MI came up with a brilliant bowling show, skittling out the opposition on 116 after Ashwani Kumar (4-24) made a dream debut.
LSG have a solid head-to-head record against MI as they have won five out of their six matches against them.
